Designation : Senior Manager, Human Resources Roles and Responsibilities of the individual : - Training &amp; Development : Identifying, developing and managing training programs as per OD strategy and TNA. Research, develop, maintain and deliver employee training and development systems consistent with organizational priorities. - Collaborate with leadership to assure training content supports long-term organizational objectives - Leadership Development : Responsible for developing program(s) that build and sustain leadership talent in the organization. Leads development, implementation, and evaluation of leadership and management development programs for High Potential and critical talent. - Performance Management : Designing, implementing and coordinating the appraisal exercise across the organisation. Coordinating the process of moderations, performance management and career progression thereof. Aligning performance and compensation programs. - Talent management : Lead and drive all talent management and OD initiatives in the organisation.
