Goodera - Lead - Digital Marketing

We are looking for an experienced digital marketing manager to help us build our acquire and retain more customers. You will need to understand the best channels that work for us for customer acquisition. You will also work with the content marketing team to ensure that right content is created for our target audience.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor market trends, and track competitor activities.

- Understanding the prospect / customer lifecycle

- Strategize and execute digital campaigns around CSR, Sustainability.

- Campaigns for new product launches in the company

- Execute partner marketing initiatives to expand customer base.

- Engage with existing customer base to get referrals.

Requirements :

- 3-6 years of work experience in marketing (preferably Enterprise / B2B).

- Experience of working on LinkedIn, AdWords (including retargeting campaigns).

- Experience of working on email campaigns, marketing automation (HubSpot mandatory).

- Prior experience of SEO optimization

- Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers

- Outstanding communication skills

- Degree in marketing or a related field
