What does the role entail?

- Build and Drive Top of the funnel strategy for the org (focused on Lead Gen)

- Craft and lead a world class content and communications strategy that builds awareness and perception of Goodera.

- Lead Generation, Thought Leadership, Account Based Marketing and Digital Marketing would be key focus areas

- Build partnerships with key stakeholders (e.g. UN agencies, influencers, industry bodies etc.) in the ecosystem.

- Drive conferences, knowledge round tables, awards and events.

- Partner with the Goodera's sales team to create sales content, including white papers, case studies, presentations and collateral.

- Iterate and articulate positioning, strategy and competitive differentiation.

- Work with agencies to ensure highest quality and cost effective deliverables

- Manage our online communications strategy.

- Making existing Customers Heroes - Case Studies, Webinars

What will you learn?

- Leading and scaling marketing function at a fast growing tech product startup with a focus on US market

- Creating a brand in a white open space

- Be a critical part of Goodera's success with marketing forming a significant strategic pillar

What are our expectations from you?

- 12-15 years- experience and MBA from a Tier 1 institute

- Exposure to Growth Marketing, content marketing, social marketing, PR, Community or a related field.

- Exposure working with B2C & B2B products is mandatory!

- Exposure of running Inside Sales strategy is mandatory

- Exposure of working with clients/teams in other Geographies (US) would be an added benefit

- We are looking for a Go Getter and so the individual should be comfortable in rolling up their sleeves

- Experience working closely with sales teams.

- Desire, interest and inclination towards knowledge and thought leadership-oriented marketing.

- Analytical ability to understand and transform data into decisions and powerful stories.

- Well suited to the startup environment: flexible, adaptive, self-motivated and fast learner.
