Associate Director/Director - Volunteering We are hiring for an Associate Director/Director in our volunteering team to lead the nonprofit side of the marketplace. The role, which directly reports to the CEO, will have a wide charter and would be responsible for growing, marketing, and sustaining the nonprofit side of the marketplace. Responsibilities: - Developing strategies and planning out initiatives to identify, acquire, onboard and engage new partners - Set targets and roll out nonprofit acquisition plans across geographies - Champion and deliver end-to-end programs to amplify growth for nonprofits and build deeper relationships with them - Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate and implement initiatives that improve the top-of-the-funnel - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure continuous alignment of nonprofit acquisition plans with demand - Work closely with the product team to brainstorm and deliver on the nonprofit facing product roadmap - Simplify and streamline processes, lead automation initiatives to reduce manual effort - Provide mentorship/ guidance in all areas related to strategy, planning, sales, business development and operations. - Lead hiring, develop and roll out incentive structures for the team What we are looking for: - 8+ years of partnerships/sales in a marketplace environment is preferred - Entrepreneurial experience or experience working at a fast-growing startup (must) - Demonstrated success in Business Development, Partnerships or Growth-related roles (B2B) (must) - A deep understanding of marketing, customer success (must) - Global work ex or experience with international customers (must) - 2-3 yrs of exp. managing smart teams (must) - Prior supply-side experience (Airbnb, Quikr, Swiggy, Uber, Oyo) (Desired) - Understanding of nonprofit space (Desired) - Understanding of events space (Desired) - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) are a must. - Degree from a premier educational institute - IITs, BITS, NITs, IIMs is good to have. - A high degree of creativity and innovation, with proven examples of applying knowledge, experience, and judgment to ambiguous problems.
