Job Description:

Client Management:

- This role would look at providing product solutions for existing plus new clients exclusively for US region

- Take complete responsibility for successful delivery of all allocated clients on the parameters of Schedule, Quality and Customer Satisfaction.

- Ensure exceptionally high satisfaction levels for customer stakeholders

- Ensure appropriate expectations are set with the customer that can be met and exceeded as well as tactically manage expectations

- Manage turnaround times for all deliverables

Desire Skills:

- Experience from a tier 1 consulting organisation is mandatory. Relevant experience in strategy and business consulting domains would be desirable and ideal for the role

- Strategic/analytical mind-set

- Comfort in a data-driven business environment

- Excel at qualitative and quantitative research and analysis

- Enjoy working with a variety of people and organizations

- Have excellent communication skills

- 1-3 years- work experience
