B) MT - Category Managers at NOISE have end to end responsibility of the customer experience and growth of category/ sub-categories that they manage C) MT - Category Managers anticipate customer needs and incorporate them into the functional road map and will drive a major change or enhancement for customer experience Key Responsibilities: 1. Drives category growth and market share with strong product/consumer analytics 2. Managing products on all leading portals like Flipkart/Snapdeal/Amazon 3. Managing top line & bottom-line sales numbers and complete P&L portfolio for the category 4. Developing sales & marketing strategies and procurement of vendor services while ensuring end to end category development 5. Keeping update with the latest launch in the category and Doing R&D thoroughly for bringing the new products in 6. Checking availability of the competitive products and comparing the price and quality 7. Planning new Range with No. of SKUs/ pricing / inventory /Timelines/ P&L statement 8. Will responsible for new product search and increasing the no. of SKUs in the particular category 9. Follow up with the support team for getting products live and checking if products are live with the proper description or not 10. Preparing Deals and promotion of the products and arranging all the artwork needed for the same 11. Manage clearance pricing strategy Work Experience & Qualifications: 1. 0-2 years of relevant experience in category management role/ eCommerce industry experience desired 2.
