You will be responsible for developing and executing product strategy and plans that align with Luna Ring's overall business objectives while identifying and addressing future market needs and opportunities. - Lead the product management team for the App, Enterprise, Internal Tooling, Hardware, and Firmware teams, ensuring they are focused on delivering high-quality products that meet user needs. - Develop and execute a long-term product roadmap for each team, ensuring alignment with the overall Luna product strategy and business goals. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including others in product, engineering, design, sales,and customer success, to ensure product development is executed efficiently and effectively. - Identify and address market needs and opportunities for App, Enterprise, Internal Tooling, and Firmware products, using customer feedback, user research, and market research to inform product development decisions. - Develop, communicate, and execute on a compelling vision and strategy. - Manage and prioritize product feature requests and enhancements. - Excellent analytical skills, able to fluently triangulate across different types of data and ensure your team does as well. - You are highly user-centric and able to deeply understand the needs and pain points of customers and users. - Build strong relationships with key customers and partners. The Ideal "Noisemaker": - Relevant experience in product management 10-12 yrs , with a proven track record of delivering highly successful products. - Strong product leadership and management skills, with experience managing and developing product management teams. You know how to grow leaders. - Strong generalist product toolkit but especially with robust B2C experience. Proven track record of success in B2C product management roles across various industries and product types. - Experience developing and executing product roadmaps and strategies that align with overall business objectives. - Highly resourceful. When something needs to get done, you find a way to make it happen. - Ability to make autonomous decisions and drive them over the finish line. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Skilled at working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You can crisply communicate to all audiences. - Consistently positive attitude, highly self-motivated, and able to inspire others to do their best work across the company. - Ability to zoom out and do thoughtful strategic work yet also roll up your sleeves and zoom into important details. - High bar for quality, and you know what great work looks like. - Experience and enthusiasm for fitness, wellness, and healthcare are a plus. - Experience with Software as a Medical Device is a plus but not required. - Technical background is a bonus but not required
