GoNoise.com is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track & optimize our digital marketing efforts across all digital marketing channels.  Duties & Responsibilities :  - Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.  - Provide expertise in developing and adapting strategies for SEM/SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Personalization, E-mail Marketing, Customer Acquisition and Retention, Social Engagement and Brand Media.  - Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.  - Develop and execute customer acquisition strategy to attract new customers and increase loyalty of existing customers.  - Good understanding of Google Analytics and ability to analyse traffic funnels.  - Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns  - Defining success metrics and reporting needs for campaigns.  - Monitor sales and site metrics. Perform deep dive analytics to understand opportunities to improve KPI performance. Summarize findings and develop appropriate actions plans.  - Ensure all appropriate business partners are kept up to date on the latest e-commerce marketing initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Execute smoothly all deliverables to achieve agreed upon deadlines.  - Develop & Manage relationships with Digital Agencies, vendors and partners  - In -depth keyword and audience research, Competition analysis, Web Site analysis  - Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.  - Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.  - Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.  - Identify and develop new features/functionality for website enhancements that improve conversion rate and user experience.  - Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing  - Conduct competitive analyses, staying abreast of industry best practice and integrating learnings into the overall brand's digital marketing strategy.  Desired Skills & Experience :  - Strong academic credentials: M.B.A / B.Tech. / B.Sc. / B.A. - Maths/Statistics, Quantitative background preferred.  - Extensive Exposure to Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, Paid media, SEM-SEO, Personalization, E-mail Marketing, marketing strategies, organic marketing, brand media etc.  - Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work-experience, Proven capabilities in driving large scale customer acquisition through digital marketing. Exposure to tech-environment - should have experience in setting-up online marketing for a product company.  - Excellent quantitative skills: Ability to analyse performance and optimize campaigns for ROI independently.  - Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ideal candidate would be required to work on and implement large-scale campaigns and their full-scale optimization on regular basis, well within deadlines.  - Knowledge-seeker: Incumbent should be able to keep himself/herself up to date with new features and opportunities in Digital Marketing.  - Team player & Ownership: Should be a team-player with strong sense of ownership of the responsibilities assigned.  - Should be able to thrive and contribute to a fast paced and exciting start-up culture
