Job Description:-
1. Generating automobile spare part requirements from garages/ workshops/retail outlets and Spare hub Franchise Stores (through calls and field visits)
2. B2B Direct Sales.
3. Deal closing ability- right from lead generation to getting business out of the customer.
4. Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
5. Maintains and expands customer base by appointment, management, and development of distributors and dealers and maintaining rapport with key customers.
6. Identifying new customer opportunities.
7. Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
8. Implements trade promotions.
9. Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Job Requirements:-
1. Bachelor degree with 2 Years of experience in the Automobile sector
2. Must have Spare Parts market knowledge
3. Good Communication skills as per territory local language
4. Should have experience in spare parts channel sales division.
5. Channel sales - Direct sales - B2B & B2C
6. Targeted oriented, can handle pressure
7. Good Sales, Customer, Networking skills
