Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage marketing campaigns aimed at improving subscriber retention across multiple channels (email, direct mail, on-site messaging)

- Partner with internal and external resources to develop and execute all retention marketing campaigns inclusive of In-App Messaging, Email, and other retention techniques

- Responsible for end-to-end process of all customer-facing retention activity

- Segment customer opportunity lists based on lifecycle, affinity, and communication preferences to deepen engagement and improve conversion.

- Utilize data to monitor the performance and health of programs and identify areas for improvement; generating and testing hypotheses to improve performance.

- Develop a deep understanding of the user mindset, behaviour, and how best to use it to deliver results, all while utilizing insightful data insights.

Requirement:

- Bachelor's / Master's Degree - ideally in Business or Marketing.

- At least 1+ years of experience developing lifecycle programs; comfortable with segmentation, automation strategy, marketing using digital channels (email, push, SMS, in-app, site, etc.).

- Experience working on Clevertap/ MoEngage

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to get stuff done, roll up your sleeves, and tackle something hands-on.
