GoMechanic - Program Manager

- The job involves end-to-end tactical planning & project execution including but not limited to creating plans and strategy, ensuring operational rigor and designing high impact business processes

- Steer the new launch plans, identify and form right internal/ external teams for faster time to new markets

- Responsible to create scalable processes for business performance, analyse their main KPIs and ensure growth MoM. Track and reporting of performance metrics

- Prepare reports, monitoring for project progress and dashboards to present the growth and use it to work upon operational improvements

- Coordinate frequently with stakeholders across different sub-functions

- Onboard and take new partnerships to closure on our platform by providing them all the necessary tools and information to start working

- Lead contract negotiations with ability to close deals. Responsible of closing key account deals along with the regional sales teams

- The role requires the person to manage and influence at a high level and at the same time able to fold sleeves and dive deep to get the job done.

- Readiness to travel across all business locations within India and foreign markets as well (40% travel)
