StrideOne - Manager/Senior Manager - Finance

This role is for one of our portfolio companies called GoMechanic.

Role Overview: As the Finance Manager at GoMechanic, you will lead all finance-related activities and play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy to support the company's growth and sustainability. You will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. This role involves overseeing various financial activities, including Management Information Systems (MIS), payments management, receivables, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's long-term goals and objectives.

2. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

3. Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics and provide insights to senior management.

4. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.

5. Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance and liquidity.

6. Implement financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure financial integrity.

Profile Requirements:

Education: Minimum: Bachelor's degree.

Preferred:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CA or CPA preferred.

- MBA or graduation from tier 2 or tier 3 institute.
