Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Oversee the day-to-day payroll administration processes, including the accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, bonuses, deductions, and benefits.

2 Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws, labor regulations, and reporting requirements at the local, state, and federal levels.

3. Collaborate with senior management to ensure that payroll practices align with the organization's strategic goals, such as cost control, talent retention, and competitive compensation.

4. Leverage payroll software and automation tools to streamline processes, reduce errors, and improve efficiency in payroll management.

5. Communicate payroll-related information, such as pay stubs, tax forms, and benefit deductions, to employees in a clear and timely manner.

6. Generate reports and analytics on payroll data to provide insights into compensation trends, labor costs, and other relevant metrics that inform strategic decision-making.

7. Develop and update compliance policies and procedures to reflect changing regulations and organizational needs.

8. Identify compliance risks associated with the organization's strategic initiatives and assess their potential impact.

9. Provide training to employees and stakeholders on compliance requirements, ethical conduct, and the importance of compliance within the strategic context.

10. Continuously monitor and audit internal processes and operations to identify potential compliance violations and areas for improvement.

Skills Required :

1. Understanding of local, state, and federal payroll tax laws and labor regulations to ensure compliance and avoid legal issues.

2. The ability to think critically and align payroll processes with the broader organizational strategy, considering long-term goals and objectives

3. Proficiency in managing large volumes of sensitive payroll data accurately and securely, including data entry, validation, and maintenance.

4. Familiarity with payroll software and related technology tools for efficient payroll processing and reporting.

5. Understanding of financial concepts and the ability to analyze payroll data to manage costs effectively and budget for compensation expenses
