GoMechanic - City Operations Lead

City Ops Head is a critical position to launch a new city. The role is responsible for:

Responsibilities:

a) Supply and vendor onboarding - responsible for ensuring tie-ups with Suppliers (Car Workshops) for GoMechanic

b) Hire and train the team on GoMechanic process - to hire the ground team for launching and managing the City wide Ops

c) PnL management for the City - to lead and manage vendor level negotiations and decisions

d) Team Management - in-charge of a large team of grounds ops executives, to ensure daily operations post launch

e) Business - will head and own the top-line for all business verticals - B2C, B2B and Insurance

f) Operations Head - with the ground team, will be leading all city wide operations, customer conversions, customer experience and quality management.

g) Work with regional and central teams as the City SPOC

Requirement:

a. 3 to 6 years of similar experience in a related operations heavy industry (automotive experience preferred)

b. Start-up experience preferred

c. Ability to conceptualize, develop and implement strategic plans for the business

d. Ability to build a team, foster a cohesive and creative working environment

e. Attention to details with swift execution and multitasking

f. Hustler, who can own things and setup the city for long term business
