Job Description :

- Handling/ Preparation of large /medium credit proposals including preparation of financial model relating to project finance.

- Interpretation of financial ratios, balance sheet analysis, preparation and interpretation of CMA data.

- Market Research/Analysis of industry related data to cast TEV Reports and transaction execution.

- Should have flair for effective writing of credit proposals and TEV Reports.

- Should be able to analyze financial statements and project future financial position of the company.

- Should be able to develop knowledge insights about the sector and write sector reports.

- Should have a flair for writing business proposal for both debt/equity transactions.

Requirements :

- Fundamental understanding of accounting and finance, ability to build basic financial models.

- Familiarity with business valuation techniques, including comparable company and discounted cash flow analysis

- Superior analytical and problem solving skills; ability to multi-task; strong attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- CFA, MBA or equivalent degree desirable.

Qualifications :

- CFA/ MBA(Finance) with technical knowledge of finance would be prefer.
