1. Partner with various departments to develop and maintain accurate financial data and records

2. Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, risks, and revenue leakages

3. Contribute to the budgeting process, including variance analysis and identification of cost-saving measures.

4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.

5. Utilize financial modelling and other relevant tools to perform data analysis and presentation.

6. Oversee the entire financial reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements according to GAAP and internal control frameworks.

7. Manage the accounting team and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.

8. Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process.

9. Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present findings to senior management.

10. Participate in the budgeting process, providing insights and recommendations.

11. Conduct variance analysis and investigate variances from budget and forecasts.

12. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial accounting systems.

13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial management.

14. Manage customer accounts, maintaining accurate records of outstanding balances and payment history.

15. Research and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts, including following up on overdue payments.

16. Prepare reports on accounts receivable activity and aging analysis.

17. Assist with the month-end closing process for accounts receivable.

18. Good knowledge of supply chain finance and credit insurance

Qualification: CA with 8-10 Years Experience
