Divisional Overview :

The professionals in our Securities Division help institutional clients, including fund managers, financial service providers and large corporations, buy and sell financial instruments on exchange around the world. From developing trading strategies to the final clearing and execution of transactions, our professionals provide insights and strategies that help clients achieve their goals.

Role Overview :

Prime Services consists of the firm's Prime Brokerage and Futures businesses. The Prime Brokerage business provides margin financing, securities lending and other value added services (capital introduction, consulting, securities clearance and settlement, asset servicing reporting and technology, risk management tools) to the firm's hedge fund clients. The Futures business provides execution and clearing services to a wide range of clients including hedge funds, asset managers, sovereign wealth funds and central banks.

The successful candidate will work with the Futures and PB Sales teams located across Asia. Those sales teams are responsible for origination of new clients as well as managing the overall relationships with existing Prime Services clients.

Job Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Helping to put together and maintain client marketing materials showcasing GS key capabilities

- Manage, maintain and analyze several client information databases - including performance, market share, quarterly trends.

- Help identify new client opportunities based on data from various sources.

- Responsible for coordinating approval process for any client pricing and getting new rates coded.

- Create global rate schedules for clients by working closely with relevant Prime Sales rep.

- Liaising with internal stakeholders for onboarding of futures execution clients.

- Responsible for gathering key updates and agenda items for the weekly PB and Futures team meetings.

Basic Qualifications :

- Relevant Degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record.

- 1-2 years experience in Equities products and presales research will be useful

- Strong Interest in global financial markets and derivatives.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal (written and verbal) skills.

- Attention to Detail.

- Ability to multi-task & deliver under pressure.

- Solid work ethic and high levels of motivation.
