Job purpose - - Able to plan and implement digital B2C sales by understanding the business product offering. Duties and responsibilities - Managing B2C digital sales activities and actively seek out new Sales Opportunities by generating leads through multi-channel contact (social media, email, etc.) - Research, Design, and implement comprehensive marketing plans to create awareness of the company's business activities & lead creative development to build brand recall among target audience leading them to act - Be a thought leader and work closely with Product team &amp; CEO to create the strategy for marketing campaigns across all channels; broadcast, and online platforms - Responsible to produce valuable content for the company's online presence &amp; offline presence - Plan, Deploy and Manage the marketing budgets for various channels, taking complete responsibility for product positioning, market strategy, online growth, revenues, unit economics &amp; marketing ROI - Share insights and recommendations based on industry news, competitor activity and trend forecasts ensuring that all creative and channels are delivering are best in class campaigns - Prepare &amp; use weekly and monthly reporting of campaign &amp; revenue results and tracks lead flow to help refine campaign performance and keep stake holders aware of campaign status and performance by increasing the customers Qualifications- - 5 to 8 years of digital B2C sales experience at an online company - MBA (Marketing) degree or equivalent (Tier-1 colleges preferred) - Solid understanding &amp; proven track record of modern digital marketing methods including Email, social media, digital marketing, presentation skills, online and physical events, and related marketing tactics that reaches to the end consumer - Expertise in technology or fintech product sales - Business management skills (forecasting, pipeline development, expense management) - Excellent Communication, self-motivating and should be an individual contributor Working conditions - Ability to work well under pressure, fast-changing environment, and tight deadlines - Adaptable, able to manage projects independently and ready to assume a high level of responsibility About Company Since 2013, Golden Hills is a provider of data analytics, machine learning, AI and research services with primary focus on Asset Management Companies in Boston, New York and London.
