Job Description :

- Creating a marketing plan in line with the Annual Business plan for the jewellery store

- Create a plan across all of the following - digital marketing, Media planning and Buying, Events & Activations, PR & Loyalty etc

- Create a quarter wise, season and customer segment wise marketing calendar.

- Meticulous execution of Campaigns and Activities

- Ensure all activations are being executed as per plan.

- Analyzing the campaign performance for business improvement.

- Work closely with Store teams in driving customer acquisition campaigns for new and existing stores.

- Drive focused campaign on existing customer or dormant customers.

- Analyze sales data for buying patterns of existing customers.

- Brand Placement, Communication & Alliances

- Ensure alliance with right partners for enhancing brand visibility.

- Suggest through networking with event companies, blog writers, celebrity marketing Agencies, the right events or forums.

- Ensure all brand related communication is standardized and in line with the global standards.

- Handling of Digital Marketing Initiatives

- Boost brand visibility in digital media with right association and Search Engine Optimization Initiatives.

- Drive campaigns, contests and online content for Brand's social media initiatives.

Skills Required :

- Good energy level with ability to be involved in multiple tasks and ability to juggle.

- Good analytical skills.

- Effective listening & communications skills

- Ability to think out of the box

- Exposure of at least 3 years in handling retail marketing (preferably jewellery retail)

- Demonstrate strong business understanding with flair for jewellery retailing.

- Self-starter

- Exceptional communicator and Presenter
