We are looking for experienced sales leaders who can work with the founders on the creating sales engine for respective regions (South/North/West/East) Responsibilities: - Developing go-to-market strategy, roadmap, and sales planning for a specific geography. - Creating and executing strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, customer management, revenue expansion, and revenue retention. - Planning and management of channel-focused events - Build strong relationships with key sector leaders, influencers, and key decision-makers of existing and prospective customers. - P&amp;L ownership with the accountability of both top line and bottom line. Required Qualifications and Attributes : - 6 to 10 years of sales experience with a minimum of 3 years in the Jewellery sector must. - Relationship builder with solid negotiation and convincing skills. - Existing relationships with jewellery retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers is a must. - Good sense of humor and hunger to grow is a must.
