Key Responsibilities: - Developing and securing partnerships with Fintechs, traditional NBFCs, and Banks to launch Debit Card and Credit Card EMIs, personal loans, and buy now pay later products on the platform. - Building strategic alliances with financial service companies including payment gateways, banks, and insurance companies to operationalize various financial services products on the platform. - Manage relationships and be the point of contact for engagement. Required Qualifications and Attributes : - 8+ years of experience in the fintech or financial services industry. - Experience in securing and managing partnerships in the lending space. - Strong understanding of consumer finance products. - Outstanding written and verbal communication - Good interpersonal skills, collaborative, and high on integrity.
