Our client, a global consulting firm, is working with one of the largest banks in India. They are currently seeking a Gold Lending Expert to join their team and provide deep expertise in the gold lending space. The Expert will play a crucial role in providing advisory services to the client, leveraging their deep expertise in the gold lending space.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of gold lending operations, including risk management, compliance, and market dynamics. The Expert will collaborate closely with the client to deliver high-impact solutions and drive business outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the gold lending space, providing insights and guidance to the firm
- Conduct in-depth analysis of gold lending operations, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with the teams to develop innovative solutions and recommendations to optimise gold lending operations and drive business growth
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of client's knowledge base in the gold lending domain
- Support client engagements by participating in workshops, meetings, and presentations, and delivering high-quality deliverables
- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends in the gold lending space, and share insights with the team
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for the client, helping them navigate challenges and capitalise on opportunities in the gold lending market
Experience required:
- Extensive experience in the gold lending industry
- Prior experience working with a bank/NBFC
- Strong understanding of gold lending operations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
This opportunity will be on an initial 6-month contract. The project's location is Mumbai, where the expert will be expected to contribute to the team's efforts on a part-time basis for 1 to 1.5 days per week in a hybrid setup.
