Job description:

- Review of sanctions, facility agreement & security documents for Capex and Opex.

- Managing fund based and non-fund-based limits for optimum utilisation.

- Preparing due diligence report UHFC other forwarded contract certificates

- Tracking net open position for foreign currency and heading on requirements.

- Compliance of letter of credit, Bank Guarantee, Buyers Credit.

- Stand by LC, Bill Discounting (LC/Non-LC), and keeping track & requirement of all.

- Liaising with banks for Operational activities, rating agency etc.

- All Compliance related to FEMA, RBI, EDPMS and IDPMS, FEDAI etc.

- Preparing reports and MIS for management.

- Preparing net open position for foreign currency.

- Investment & Profitability statement.

- New and renewal borrowing proposal, sanction and documentation.

- Preparation of various MIS on Monthly, Quarterly and yearly basis.

- Import forwarding booking utilization and related compliances.

- Preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly , half yearly and annual compliance which includes MSOD, FFR, CMA Data, UFCE etc.

- Preparation and submission of various data to bank for renewal and assessment and coordination.

- Coordination and submission of data to ASM auditors

- Coordination and submission of data to stock auditors.

- Preparing data for consortium meeting and coordination.
