GoGo Truck is a logistics start-up in Chennai that deal with on demand truck service and currently operating in Chennai with a fleet of close to 200 trucks under the company. GoGo Truck is a technology based company which can be called an - Uber- for trucks. With the advancement in technology, GoGo Truck is focusing on organizing an unorganized Logistics network within the city and by doing so, GoGo Truck is able to provide trucks within 30 minutes of booking along with a discounted rate compared to the other players in the market. With all the above considered, we are currently consolidating the truck market to delight both the truck drivers and our customers
The completed orders of GoGo Truck have been steadily increasing at the rate of 60% M-o-M from the date of its initiation back in April 2015. Now the company serves both on demand and Contractual requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Candidate Profile :
We at GoGo Truck believe the following requirements can help the candidate settle in quickly within the company, but are not a must to be complied with :
- Candidate located in Chennai could be better suited for the job and hence are preferred.
- Should be able to adjust to flexible working hours and work-loads.
- Should enjoy working in an environment that is challenging of a high order on a daily basis.
- Should have exposure and ability to understand the requirements of logistics operations, parcel/ Courier field in Chennai.
Duties :
Most duties fall into attaining new customers, administrative assistance and office support realms. Tasks may include, but are not limited to,
- Bringing in new clients (B2B sector)
- Handling and coordinating the marketing team.
- Scheduling meetings with prospective clients on a daily basis.
- Gathering information reg. the companies to be approached.
- Attain the monthly targets set by the company.
Qualification :
- Minimum required qualification - Bachelor's Degree (Any).
Min Experience required : 1 years.
Skills Required :
- Organization
- Communication- Well versed in English and Tamil
- Ability to multi-task with little trouble.
- MS office proficiency
- Networking
Compensation : Salary + ESOP's
