Sr. Product Manager:

Required Experience and Skills:

- Pedigree: B.tech in Computer Science or a related field. Masters is preferred from top institutes.

- Experience: Min 6-8 years of experience with 4 years of relevant experience in Product Management.

- Proven Credibility: Demonstrated success in driving the development and launch of products.

- Expert eyes: Experience in the E-commerce domain is highly preferred.

- Design: Understanding of UI/ UX design concepts and principles to create clear, precise wireframes, and product specifications.

- Product Culture: High proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and e- commerce market dynamics.

- Customer obsession: Have a user-centric approach with an obsession with fine- tuning product details and usability to provide the best experience and fulfill the needs through primary and secondary research and competitive analysis.

- Game Changer: Extremely detail-oriented, analytical, and creative problem solver with the ability to propose innovative solutions to problems at hand. Ability to translate complex problems into compelling features and functionalities.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Leadership Approach: To lead the product roadmap & lifecycle from ideation to execution, and define measurements of success. To define and execute the product strategy for our e- commerce solutions, aligning with company objectives.

- Efficiency and urgency: To break down complex problems to phases to help the team make incremental progress while still keeping the bigger picture intact.

- Craftsmanship: To work on PRD creation, wire-framing, and functional flow closely with the design and engineering team to be able to deliver the product as per requirements.

- Data & customer driven approach: To work closely with business, tech teams, and analysts to extract user insights, monitor performance, develop and improve features, and present the results to various stakeholders.

- Know what you are building: To understand holistic requirements of the Product in terms of integrations with various existing tools and technologies to incorporate and upgrade necessary features.

- Bull's eye approach: The role needs you to communicate clearly to various stakeholders of Product development, Engineering, Marketing, Sales & Leadership teams and work together to bring the product vision to life.
