Your Roles & Responsibilities :

- To identify controls in each business, maintain Risk & Control matrices & check compliance. Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) & Delegation of Authority (DOA) matrices, incorporating internal controls.

- The incumbent will be responsible for identifying controls across all business verticals, prepare SOP's and DOA matrices.

- Ensure that the controls are updated regularly

- Upload the matrices in prescribed software

- Release control checklists to the team for testing and monitor completion

Position Requirements :

Qualification :

- CA Inter / ICWA / MBA Finance

- Exposure to SAP or any other ERP application.

Experience :

- 3-4 years' experience in Internal controls & SOP's

Critical Skills :

- Expert knowledge of processes and organization structures, preferably in manufacturing organizations

- Expert knowledge of internal controls

- Should have worked on MS Visio, Excel, Word etc.

- Should be able to analyse data ad use it in decision making

- Knowledge of ERP tools (SAP/ Oracle/ MS Dynamix etc.) and peripheral applications like DMS, SalesForce etc.

- Ability to clearly communicate with multiple stakeholders
