Stage I- Market Study

- Conduct market research and study the FSI, target group, type of development, USP, product configuration, efficiency for saleable area and amenities required for developing the property.

- Support and work along with the Business Development team for evaluating land proposal from sales and marketing perspective. Conduct detailed survey of nearby projects for understanding the prevailing rates. Understand supply in the market.

- Suggest an appropriate mix of saleable area & launch rate. Calculate proposed construction area & loading to determine saleable area. 


- Conduct detailed analysis/comparative study on the complex and flat amenities provided by the competitors.

- Research w-r-t government policies, proposed/under construction infrastructure development projects and updates the management.

Stage II- Analysis and presentation to Management

- Conduct thorough market study, analyze and make presentations to the management with suggestions for new developments.

- Develop an information database to enable projections for real estate market across key micro-markets in terms of supply and demand side projections. Consolidate product and pricing details for preparing launch note summary for internal circulation.


- Customer Survey & Feedback.

- Analyze existing customer background and understand customer profiling, synthesize the data and present to management.

Stage III- Pre- Sales and Marketing

- Develop business relation with various channel partners such as brokers, IPCs, bankers and even competitors for market intelligence reporting. Assist in preparing for launch activities of new projects.

- Provide technical training to sales team at regular intervals.

- Handling pre-sales and marketing operations & accountable for driving sales team to achieve desired business goals.

- Conceptualizing and effectuating business plans with a view to penetrate potential customers.

- Co-ordination with the marketing department for intended execution of the designs and concepts into collateral like brochures, hoardings, plan booklets, etc.

Relationship Management

- Interfacing with customers, mapping their requirements & handling product customization.

- Interacting with Real estate stake holders like brokers, IPCs, etc. and performing brand awareness and developing relations for enriched business.

- Building, nurturing & maintaining healthy, cordial mutually beneficial business relationship with customers.

Team Management

- Leading & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of group targets with combined efforts.

- Providing direction, motivation & training to the field sales team for ensuring optimum performance for all operations related department
