Position Requirements : The objective of this position is to entail effectively and manage all major aspects of Corporate Branding and Project Marketing. It would broadly encapsulate Above the line(ATL)/Below the line (BTL) marketing activities, developing project specific promotion material like brochures / renders / animation, consumer research, developing and managing web content, product and process innovation, competitive analysis, Campaign Management. on-site activities like sample flat concept development / prototype(model) development / sales data tracking and mining. To be the custodian of the brand across all customer touch points. ATL activities (pre-post sales) - Campaign concepts and product alignment - User/Target group segmentation and media consumption mapping (investor base, end-user segmentation) - - Sales Vertical wise lead generation plan - Messaging for channel wise deployment (investor, NRI, corporate, multi end user segments): launch and sustenence calender - Collateral Development concept and sign-off (3d models, renders, Avs, VR- )&nbsp; -&nbsp;Co-ordination with HO Marketing on region requirements&nbsp; - Media Management for integrated marketing campaigns&nbsp; - Briefing the agency, working closely with Brand, AD and media agencies to develop an impactful campaign for the brands he/she will be responsible for. (Newspapers/Magazines/Journals) advertisements, Television advertisement, Radio advertising, Outdoors - Hoardings, Pole Koisks, Billboards, Posters etc.&nbsp; -&nbsp;Co-ordinate with various media agencies and ensure timely release of the advertisement&nbsp; - Tracking of campaign response.&nbsp; - ROI Management for overall campaign&nbsp; -&nbsp;Tie-ups : Partnerships and Brand alliances&nbsp; - Award submissions 2. BTL activities (pre-post sales) : - Provide necessary brand experience at various exhibitions, promotions and events.&nbsp; - Responsible for conceptualization of the brand experience at various events.&nbsp; - Leverage associations by actively participating in consumer engagement programs for lead generation, brand awareness. - Will be responsible for ROI on the activities conducted.&nbsp; -&nbsp;Co-ordinate and provide relevant inputs to the On-site marketing personnel regarding how the sample flat should look like, what necessary interiors specification are to be maintained. - Contribute and scrutiny the marketing office established at various sites/regions.&nbsp; -&nbsp;Track and analyze the Sales data from respective sales personnel from various sites/regions - Experience management across touch-points for key milestones( allotment, registration, handover) 3. Research : - Micro-market analysis and product wise recommendations&nbsp; - Customer Research and Dip-stick : Preferences, Lifestyles, Attitudes, Behavioral mapping&nbsp; - Competitive research : Mapping key competitors in terms of their communication strategy, campaigns, new launches, specifications etc. 4. Promotion : - Ensure timely availability of the Project Promotion Material like Site Plans / Floor plans, Brochures, Fliers, Project models, Animation, Renders - Elevations, Interiors from the respective vendors. 5.Content Development : - Understand, design and participate in various marketing campaigns - - Analyze the data in terms of the traffic and conversions and fine tune the upcoming campaigns accordingly 6. Coordination : - Provide relevant inputs regarding how the sample flat should look like, what necessary interiors specification are to be maintained.&nbsp; - Contribute and scrutiny the marketing office established at various sites.&nbsp; -&nbsp;Derive insights from the Sales data from respective sites/projects&nbsp; -&nbsp;Co-ordinate with the projects team regarding the project layout and relevant details 7. PR : - Tie-ups with leading publications and channels for coverage, in-coordination with HO PR&nbsp; - Publishing a year long content planner for coverage&nbsp; -&nbsp;Budget allocation and management&nbsp; - Awards : Closing on key wins for the year Qualification :&nbsp;MBA Experience : 3-6years Critical Skills : - Marketing, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Content Development, Campaign Management, PR, Marketing Research and Promotion Reporting Structure :&nbsp;S&amp;M Head in the zone Job Location :&nbsp;Bangalore
