Manager HR (People Processes)
Godrej Properties is looking for a Manager HR (People Processes) to be based at HO, Mumbai.
Role Summary:
This individual will work on managing performance (Goal-setting, Mid-review, Final review), and other diagnostics and assessment processes at GPL (Development Centers, 360 Degree). They will also work from time-to-time on key projects at the organization level.
Qualification: MBA from TIER I Institutes only
Experience: 1 to 4 years of work experience with the HR function, with experience in managing processes being a desired experience
Key responsibility:
The details of the main areas of focus are as follows:
- Execute and successfully deliver people processes end-to-end
- Lead projects for people processes' efficiency, effectiveness and experience improvements periodically for enhanced outcomes
- Take on critical organization effectiveness projects, on a need basis
Skills Required:
Functional capabilities:
- Strong fundamental understanding of key HR processes with ability to think through aspects of design, execution and capability building for successful implementing some of the key HR policies and processes
- Project Management, drive and ability to deal with ambiguity
Leadership Capabilities:
- Ability to solve problems through understanding of business priorities being able to link them to the design of the initiative
- Influencing - Ability to work with a diverse team across zones and drive change through processes, capability building and communication
- Able to work with multiple data inputs collectively and create point of view supported by facts in order to influence stakeholders.
- Communication and facilitation - Ability to effectively leverage all channels of communication to engage and educate stakeholders
