Job Title : As Lead - People Analytics, you will use data, research and provide analytical insights to both build new and improve existing processes and frameworks and facilitate evidenced-based decision making. To find out more, explore www.godrej.com Your Roles &amp; Responsibilities : Management Reporting &amp; Analytics : - Understand people data and performance measures and work with PEC HR Operations team to ensure data entered into the Core HRMS is monitored, maintained, reliable, and valid, for a consistent approach to people data definitions. - Lead the delivery of monthly and quarterly reporting that is required for executive leadership (Group Management Committee) and BU people leaders (BU MC/ HR Leadership) - Drive end to end ownership of HR analytics agenda and projects covering employee life cycle processes like Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Workforce Engagement &amp; Productivity. Automation &amp; Future Ready Technology solution for analytics : - Partner closely with internal HR tech team to design technology solution to collect, analyse and present data. - Builds consistent solution of automated reporting for GILAC ensuring integration of all reporting tools/ HRIS systems (if any) for consistency / accurate time stamp of reporting and providing dynamic data reporting / analysis Predictive Analytics &amp; Data Modelling : - Translate business requirement into an analytics problem statement and expected outcome - Applies advanced statistical and predictive modeling techniques and works with multiple data sources to generate insights, answer questions, create solutions, and manipulating data to measure the effectiveness of people programs and interventions for an organization. - Develop predictive models for key impact areas in HR i.e. attrition, performance, talent and recruiting analytics. Strategic Analytics Advisory : - Develop the overall people analytics strategy and align with the wider organisation people strategy. Ensure alignment on key outcome metrics with HR Heads, to leverage HR analytics as a strategic advantage. - Supports the GILAC leadership team (GMC, HR Heads) to identify key people challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs - Recommend actions based on analytics output and build a mechanism to review execution based on recommendations with HR Heads &amp; GMC. - Continuously scans external market for good practices and delivering insights based on predictive analytics on the workforce - Be the change agent who educates the organization on new analytical approaches / testing hypotheses and statistical validation of results, thus helping to understand the principles and the math behind the process to drive organizational buy-in. - Serve as an active participant on cross-functional project teams and provide guidance and training to teams in asking appropriate questions, interpreting data, and translating into action Position Requirements : Qualification: - Bachelors/ Masters degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline Experience: - 4-5 years of relevant quantitative and qualitative research and analytics experience - Any relevant HR analytics stint in mid to large scale organization will be preferred - Experience in Big Data technologies &amp; machine learning platforms will be preferred, although not mandatory Critical Skills: - Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in programming skills and all stages of data science including data mining, data processing, model building and testing. - Proficiency in statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting/ predictive analytics, multivariate testing, and optimization algorithms - Be well versed with new edge Analytics tools like Tableau, R, SAS, SPSS and python - Ability to come up with solutions to loosely defined business problems by leveraging pattern detection over potentially large datasets (structured as well as unstructured data problems) - Excellent problem-solving capabilities and superior analytical skills. - Strong communication &amp; inter personal skills to seamlessly interact with internal customers (HR Teams, HR Heads, HR IT)
