Godrej Infotech invites application for the position of Subject Matter Expert- HR

Job Description :

- Representing functional area requirements of HR by providing knowledge and expertise about the domain being represented including HR processes, functional requirements and rules

- Understanding the HR process or area well enough to answer questions from people or seek answers where these are not known

- Participating actively in all phases of the project including analysis, design, development, testing, user training, change management and implementation

- Detailing requirements where further definition is required including how tasks, including the order of steps to be performed

- Work closely with the Customers, Project Managers, other Subject Matter Experts, Customer side Project Sponsor and IT teams to deliver quality design, UAT events, training materials and deliver solutions that are of acceptable quality to our customers.

- Responsible for input into business requirements of the Systems Design, Reports, Test Scenarios and Test Scripts.

- Requires both broad and deep HR knowledge, and the ability to architect solutions by mapping common customer business problems to reusable end-to-end HR solutions.

Experience : 10+ Years

Qualification :

- Graduate Degree required

- MBA Preferred

- HR qualifications preferred

Role :

- HR expert

- HR Super User

Domain Experience : Demonstrated work experience in the HR function for at least 10 years

Product Knowledge :

- While deep product knowledge is not essential, it is required to have some experience of implementing / using any ERP system(s) in HR industry

- Should be willing to learn the products that we offer in the market

Project Experience :

- Exposure to HR process improvements / systems implementation is required

- Experience in performing user acceptance testing, training and rolling out process improvements / systems is desired

- Proven ability in communicating work status with various stakeholders

- Ability to input into Business Requirements and Design Specifications

- Ability to drive completion of assigned outcomes within agreed time frames

Soft Skills :

- Clear communicator (written and verbal).

- Creative solving of business process problems & conflict resolution.

- Excellent command over English language

- Think clearly and calmly under pressure
