Godrej Infotech - Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant

Summary :

As a practice lead his/her role will be to take on responsibility for developing a keeping motivated a team for delivering high-quality CRM technical/business solutions to our diverse client base according to their unique needs. This role will provide opportunity for upward mobility towards creation and independent management of a self-sustaining business unit (horizontal) / global region (vertical).

Responsibilities :

Responsible for the strategic direction of CRM practice at Godrej Infotech Ltd.

- Identify new market opportunities and develop staffing and learning plans to support growth within the CRM practice.

- Evaluate various technologies and Independent Software Vendor products that complement the CRM application, develop strategic relationships, review partnership agreements, negotiate sales margin, configure demonstration environments, and develop strategic - Go to Market- strategies.

- Provide expertise within the context of each project in a manner designed to increase the overall CRM knowledge of both internal and external team members.

- Develop relationships with Microsoft within the western region to drive sales leads and demonstrate product expertise.

Be the overall subject matter and product expert in CRM :

- Meet with clients to understand their business and technical challenges and develop a plan to solve their problems. Ensure that the output of these plans get developed as reusable solutions across multiple clients globally.

- Ensure the plans support the client's goals and expectation, and be willing to make the adjustments to exceed these expectations.

- Scope and design / review integration's and process flows from outside systems.

Install and maintain a sustainable process at Godrej Infotech for CRM projects delivery :

- Review and/or Design, develop, install and follow a structured CRM project methodology on all Godrej Infotech projects to ensure CRM project success for all Godrej Infotech clients.

- Guide and/or Lead the delivery of CRM projects through analysis, design, development, testing, training, and deployment activities necessary to deliver superior quality CRM solutions.

- Effectively communicate, self-manage, and complete assigned projects and project deliverables in a timely manner.

- Work with team members, peers and client resources in a team environment to complete tasks, goals and timelines.

Professional Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) or equivalent professional qualification like CA/ICWA. A post graduate qualification in Marketing Management preferred.

- 10 - 12+ years of CRM related experience with 3-5+ years experience as a project lead/manager.

- Proven leadership skills with demonstrated experience of past project success.

- Demonstrated understanding of methodologies and ability to design and install new processes as necessary to meet and exceed client expectations.

- Experience with budget, managing team, client interaction and leading project.

- Aptitude to guide and direct teams in development, production and promotion of solution offerings.

- Ability to configure system through tools (development not required).

- Strong understanding of systems architecture.

- Ability and interest to learn new related technologies quickly.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Effective presentation, organization, and planning skills.

- Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of a client's organization.

- Ability and willingness to travel.

- Team builder and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Technical Qualifications :

- 3-5+ years CRM analysis and design experience (preferred in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and / or Sales Force but all CRM knowledge will work).

- 4-5+ years- experience working with Microsoft stack of products and general technology background.

Expertise in :

- Understanding clients business processes and defining CRM Requirements.

- Designing CRM system solutions using available functionality and platform extensions.

- Managing medium to large sized CRM engagements.

- Knowledge of global industry best practices in CRM projects.

Familiar with :

- Software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies; create and maintain SDLC documentation. Personal coding experience may not be necessary but SDLC process knowledge would be a requirement.

- Application architecture, multi-tiered applications and integration designs between applications and Microsoft products.

- Designing, planning, and implementing CRM systems.

- Cloud based CRM solutions deployment.

Preferred with :

- Deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product suite.

- Experienced in Installing, Designing, Configuring, and deploying Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and on premise.

- Ability to customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM via configuration tools, client side java script and workflow.

- Ability to code simple to complex custom business logic plug-ins (callouts) or workflow assemblies for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

- Microsoft Dynamics CRM global best practices.

- Microsoft Certifications a plus.
