Corporate Audit at GILAC is responsible for conducting audits and providing assurance on policies, processes and controls to the management. It works closely with the business leaders and IT Audit Heads of all the group companies to design and execute Information Security Audits across the group in line with the requirements of the Board of Directors. YOUR ROLE SPECIFICATIONS Purpose of the job: To play an anchor role in designing and implementing an Information Security Audit plan and execute it through self/ consultants having required expertise. The objective of this role is to timely identify potential information security risks and escalate to the management. Qualification: - B.E. / MCA/ B. Tech/ CA with CISA (must). - Exposure to ERP / SAP & GRC desirable Experience: Min. 5 years' experience in Information Security Audits in a large organization Key responsibility: - The incumbent will be custodian of Information Security Audits across GILAC. As part of the roles & responsibilities for this role, the incumbent will be responsible for below:- - To prepare annual IT audit plan based on risk assessment and conduct audits. - To negotiate, select and co-ordinate with consultants / vendor for audit assignments and oversee their work. Manage IT audit budget - Consult the business on Industry Best Practices - Help the business in maintaining / retaining ISO certifications Skills Required: Functional capabilities: - Good knowledge of Information Security Risks and related controls - Understanding of Business processes and the role of IT automated controls in them - Audit of cyber security risks & security products - Security controls in business applications - Knowledge of PCIDSS and payments platforms - Ability to prepare reports and discuss with process owners - Working knowledge of data query tools (ACL/ Access/ Idea) - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Well versed with the latest developments and products in the field of information security Leadership Capabilities: - Ability to solve problems through understanding of the business context - Influencing - Ability to work with a diverse operating network across businesses and independently - Communication and facilitation - Ability to effectively leverage all channels of communication to engage and educate stakeholders to drive the risk and controls agenda - Project Management, drive and ability to deal with ambiguity
