Manager/ DGM Sales HORECA
Role Summary:
1. End to end responsibility of strategizing and managing client acquisition, business development, expansion in new geographies
2. Drive a business portfolio of INR 50Crs - manage and expand to existing and new clients
3. Accountable for creating and implementing long term business plan for Food Services portfolio in West, North and East regions customized to the regional requirements
4. Responsible for financial health of the business, lead and train teams to deliver the same
5. Demand planning, forecasting and ensuring delivery through coordination with manufacturing & operations teams
6. Utilize category and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive business objectives
7. Strong analytical and strategic mindset & long-term vision
8. Robust negotiation skills to deal effectively with distributors and to execute the sales plans
9. Drive organizational systems and process through digital platforms
Desired Skills and Experience:
1. Exposure in HoReCa sales in West, North and East regions with focus on sales in 5-star hotels, cafes, QSR, corporate canteens
2. Experience with Key Account Management and FMCG sales
3. Team handling experience of minimum 5 years in managing front line sales employees.
4. Ability to understand the organizational and sales processes, systems (including Sales IT platform), procedures.
Travel expectations: incumbent will be required to travel 50% of the time
