Position Requirements - MBA in Human Resources. - 10-12 years of experience in HR generalist role spanning across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management and Learning and OrganizationDevelopment. - 4-5 years of experience in leading and managing teams within the HRorganization. - Minimum 1-2 years of working at a manufacturing site will be ideal. - Sound working knowledge of IR processes, Labor laws and Statutorycompliances - Ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees at all levels in theorganization - Ability to multitask; Stakeholder management; should be ready to travel across thelocations
