Role:
The incumbent will be responsible for end to end talent acquisition. Ensure to understand the business requirements and support the manpower hiring.
Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through job portals and online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
- Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Manage end to end offer discussion and roll out of offers.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
