Roles & Responsibilities :
- The objective of this position is to entail effectively and manage all major aspects of Branding and Project Marketing.
- It would broadly encapsulate Above the line (ATL)/Below the line (BTL) marketing activities, developing project specific promotion material like brochures / renders / animation, consumer research, developing and managing web content, product and process innovation, competitive analysis, Campaign Management.
- On-site activities like sample flat concept development / prototype(model) development / sales data tracking and mining. To be the custodian of the brand across all customer touch points
ATL Activities :
- Campaign concepts and product alignment
- User/Target group segmentation and media consumption mapping (investor base, end-user segmentation)
- Sales Vertical wise lead generation plan
- Messaging for channel wise deployment (investor, NRI, corporate, multi end user segments): launch and sustenance calendar
- Collateral Development concept and sign-off (3d models, renders, Avs, VR.)
- Media Management for integrated marketing campaigns
- Briefing the agency, working closely with creative and media agencies to develop an impactful campaign for the brands he/she will be responsible for.
BTL Activities :
- Provide necessary brand experience at various exhibitions, promotions and events.
- Responsible for conceptualization of the brand experience at various events.
- Leverage associations by actively participating in consumer engagement programs for lead generation, brand awareness. Will be responsible for ROI on the activities conducted.
- Co-ordinate and provide relevant inputs to the On-site marketing personnel regarding how the sample flat should look like, what necessary interiors specification are to be maintained.
- Creating customer experience centers at the marketing offices established at various sites/regions
