Job Purpose :&nbsp; The role incumbent will be responsible for driving home loans via a network of builders and developers. Responsibilities : - Leading Sales via the developer channel for their region - Conceptualising &amp; implementing competent sales plans to ensure regional level goals are over achieved. - Responsible for allocation of geography at team level - work closely with team members on geography mapping &amp; review the progress at regular intervals. - Relationship management with key stakeholders on site - Spend time on site visits with team - Team management - train, lead, coach and motivate a team of frontline sales - Review team performance on regular basis and feedback to superiors - Coordinate with credit team on the logged in loan applications and update status to team members - Provide inputs to other parallel functions such as HR, Risk, and Operations &amp; CC. - Must have customer centricity and create a culture of customer satisfaction across all levels within the team. - Lead the team from front &amp; show inspirational leadership to entire team. - Willing to work in a start-up eco-system &amp; ready to take on challenges positively. Qualification &amp; Experience : - Applicant should be PGDM / MBA from a good institute. Specialisation in sales and marketing/ Finance - Experience of 8 to 10 years in Sales. Age up to 35 yrs. - Experience in selling mortgage products, Should have worked on Digital customer acquisition. Experience in start-up eco-system would be an added advantage. Essential Skills : - Excellent communication skills. - Proficient in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint
