Godrej Housing Finance - Assistant Manager - Digital Experience

Job Purpose : 

The role incumbent will be responsible for the development and implementation of digital experience across the organisation for customers across development, acquisition, engagement and optimisations.

Job Responsibilities : 

- Responsible for technical implementation and optimisation of web analytics, tracking and management through web analytics and tag management (Adobe analytics is preferred)

- Become a Technical single point of contact for A/B testing and content optimisation projects across digital assets, measure the impact and share the actionable insights

- Develop and implement other digital solutions impacting customers and business partners

- Responsible for technical implementation of acquisition and measurement solutions.

- Create, manage and publish project plans

- Interface with business and marketing teams for requirements, insights and delivery

- Coordinate with the Dev partners and in house teams for planning delivery and deployment

- Perform sanity testing, issue reporting and tracking.

- Assist teams in UAT testing and resolve issues as per criticality.

- Identify areas for increasing process and operational efficiency with measurable outcomes.
