Previous Manufacturing experience must.

The role requires the individual to plan and ensure the third party manufacturers of GCPL meet the required production requirements of GCPL. The role requires high degree of planning skills for delivering on time in full from the units. The role will involve high levels of collaboration with sourcing, planning and quality teams to ensure the supply requirements from third-party units are met.

Job specification:

- Material resource planning & procurement at P2P/ Own units

- Creating procurement plans based on FG requirements generated for P2P requirements

- RM/PM Planning and production plan adherence for Coils across India

- Plan and manage imports for GCPL India

- Leading and creating best in class Analytics for Procurement team

- Closely working with the vendors to ensure that the material placement happens on time in full

- Building cost working sheets for the third party manufacturing and monitoring the functioning of third party units jointly with sourcing

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan for RM/PM basis plan shared by planning team

- PO generation and co-ordination with vendors for timely dispatch of material

- To work closely with procurement personnel at various locations on regular basis in order to ensure material availability for production

- To work on requirements of FG and support the activities related to procurement in order to meet timelines for launch/promo initiatives

- To control inventory levels at factories by ensuring minimal obsolescence

- To mange a team of executives for handling P2P, coil and import purchases for GCPL India

Skills Required:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Excel, word and power point

- Knowledge of Excise and GST

- Knowledge of import documentation and clearance

- Team handling experience

Education:

MBA from a premier B School (NITIE, S P Jain, IITs etc.) with 2 - 4 years of experience
