ROLE SUMMARY:

This role involves ensuring compliance, monitoring costs, accounting and presenting end to end financial analysis for manufacturing units. This is an incredible opportunity to learn and deliver in one of the most important capability areas for Godrej Consumer.

Role specifications : 

Functional : 

- Responsible for day to day accounting and month end financial closing activity

- Preparing & releasing monthly MIS & KPIs related to the cluster

- Leading Annual Operating Plan for the cluster

- Conducting trial balance scrutiny and analytics

- Ensuring statutory compliances and timely completion of statutory audit

- Assisting in GST Implementation & streamlining Business Partnering

- Partnering with manufacturing cluster head and providing support in identifying and implementing cost reduction projects.

- Improvising systems and processes.

- Costing support to relevant stakeholders

Skills required : 

- Plant Accounting and Costing

- Working knowledge of Excise and Sales Tax

- Exposure to SAP

- Well versed with MS Excel and PowerPoint

- Good analytical skills

Education : 

- Chartered Accountant

- 2- 3 years of experience in Plant / Factory finance

- FMCG experience preferred
