YOUR ROLE SUMMARY :
This role requires the incumbent to bear end to end responsibility of the - Brand Sales- in his/ her assigned region custodian of the P & L for the same. The role will require to interact with key retail accounts (GT ) and to develop a service model for them including our point of sale experience and set up of a beauty advisor network . He/ She would be expected to supervise a team of third party supervisors and hair advisors - to build long and short term growth plans to deliver growth targets as per road map.
YOUR ROLE SPECIFICATIONS :
Areas of responsibility include but not limited to:
- Primary/Secondary/ Tertiary sales of the Brand and ensure AOP is achieved
- Continue to service existing list of distributors & stores as well as build new relationships to expand the network.
- Executing the sales calendar and ensuring team delivers on targeted sales..
- Help plan and execute retail activation plans as per calendar.
- Recruitment of sales executives, beauty advisors & supervisors. Provide training and support required to induct new recruits, ensure minimum attrition and high quality results.
- Improving Business process and team working for Overall growth and achieving AOP
QUALIFICATION
- MBA/ Graduate degree preferred
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Manage projects seamlessly which are dependent on cross function delivery.
- Innovation mind set and agile thinking to leverage on the new age technology.
- Balance of left and right brained, i.e draws value from data and reveal the consumer behavior, efficacy of programs as well as look beyond the data and pick up trends and patterns that can lead to better marketing strategies.
- Analytical skills
- Proficiency in Advance excel and Power point
EXPERIENCE
- 5- 8 years of experience in sales (General Trade) of a beauty/ fashion or lifestyle brand, preferably in the personal care industry. Exposure to hair categories would be a bonus.
