BRAND HEAD - The Brand Head is the owner of the overall Brand strategy, leading a team of Brand Manager/s &/or ABM's to achieve brand visibility in the market to improve brand disposition amongst the customer target group. Execute multichannel brand marketing and promotional programs that support brand ethos. Act as an authority and promoter of the Brand, ensuring consistent brand expression through all consumer and cultural touch points, both external and internal. Develop and direct measurable multi -channel, cross -channel, channel -specific, product. ROLE SPECIFICATIONS : Areas of responsibility include but not limited to: - Defining the Brand strategy and implementation of brand communication, activation, media plans, and PR initiatives for the brand assigned. - Lead portfolio P&L. - Achievement of topline, market share and bottom-line targets for the brand/Brands assigned. - Conceptualizing & executing the integrated marketing campaign to achieve the brand & business goals in the Rural markets. - Define the Brand's digital identity and collaborate with Digital managers to create cutting edge digital programs. - Contributes to the delivery of change incubation, anticipating organizational needs and developing - Innovation plans alongside the Innovation lead. Plays a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet business, schedule and budget objectives. - Ensures application of learning's given by the historical and ongoing Research and drive improved decision making. - Strengthening brand equity & leveraging the same. - Portfolio management for the brand/brands assigned. - Efficient utilization of brand support activities (BSA) budgets for the brands assigned. - Builds strong partnerships/ relationships with internal/ external stakeholders, support functions/ partners to ensure high level of efficient work flow. SKILLS REQUIRED - Understanding/Appreciation of marketing such as customer segmentation, brand and product management, brand communication, promotions, market research, etc. - Creative mind with good organization skills and meticulous nature. EXPERIENCE - The candidate should have 8 - 12 years of experience with minimum 4 - 5 years of experience of handling a Brand role (PnL) and minimum 2 - 3 years stint in Sales, in an FMCG Domain. - Multi regional exposure and experience in handling big budgets on multiple product lines. - Prior Team handling of ABM/BM would be a plus. - He/ She needs to have grown a brand within a category and headed the innovations, NPD, Launches and end to end management of the brand for at least 3 years.
