Job Description

1. Assist Executive Vice President (Business Excellence) in all activities related to Business Excellence, Kaizen and Sustainability reporting.

2. Ensure Corporate guidelines are followed by Businesses

3. Participate in review meetings of Businesses

4. Support Businesses in the Business Excellence journey and implementation of Kaizens

5. Maintain and improve on line Kaizen Management System.

6. Organise annual competitions

7. Provide training to employees

8. Establish Knowledge Management portal

9. Any other work assigned from time to time
