With a rise in population and income levels, consumption of milk and dairy products is on an upward curve. Dairy sector is growing and we believe this is worth going for. Hence, in December 2015, we made our foray into the dairy business, acquiring a majority stake in Creamline Dairy Products Limited. We sell milk and milk-based products under the brand name "Jersey".

With a processing capacity of about 10 lakh litres per day and over 100,000 farmers supplying milk to us, we have a formidable procurement, processing, distribution & sales presence in the southern states of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Eastern Maharashtra with dedicated parlors selling our products are spread across major cities.

Our milk is trusted by over 5 lakh households in South India. We have a wide range of milk SKU offerings, right from homogenized to specialized milk. We have led an excellent innovation in milk category i.e. Enrich D, a premium offering of milk fortified with Vitamin D.

We also sell a vast range of high-quality milk products, right from Curd, Lassi, Butter Milk and Flavored Milk to Paneer, Ghee and other value-added products. Loyal consumers have time and again reiterated the rich taste our products and its par excellence quality. Our range of ice-creams, available in various packs and flavors, are known for being rich, creamy & delicious.

Our strong commitment to 100% quality, food safety, consumer health and good manufacturing practices has helped us win trust and loyalty of our consumers, making us a USD 150 Million (Rs. 1000 Crores) business. Job Description

Designation: Sr. Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting to: Head - Corporate Audit

Travel Involved: Yes

Reporting- s: 6-7 member team

Role Specifications:

Key Result Areas

Audits :

- Prepare the annual audit program and ensure its completion with the help of audit team. Conduct fraud investigations whenever required.

Reporting :

- Monthly summary of observations and quarterly presentation to the Audit Committee

Follow-up :

- Open Points to be followed up with Auditees

Risk Assessment :

- Carry out Risk Assessments and maintain risk register

Compliance :

- Conduct Statutory Compliance audits

Internal Control Assessment :

- Assessment of Internal Financial Controls

Qualification :

- Should be a CA / ICWA with at least 4-5 years of working experience in the internal audit department of a large manufacturing company (preferably from dairy/ food processing industry).

- Should be ready to travel for at least 60-70 days in a year.

- Must be a good team player.
