Godrej Agrovet - Senior Executive - Human Resources - Godrej Tyson Foods

Purpose of the job - 

This role requires individual to primarily manage core people processes like learning and talent, engagement and performance management for GTFL business.

Key responsibilities - 

- Design and execute learning plans in alignment with the business

- Lead the Talent Management initiatives at GTFL

- Drive the Performance Management and engagement process across the BU.

- Support the regional HR SPOCS in driving initiatives and suggesting improvements in execution of central processes .

- Anchor and support the learning plan for all cadre recruits.

Qualification & Experience:

- MBA in Human Resources Management

- Overall experience of 3-4 years in the field of Human Resources.

- Exposure in handling PMS cycle / engagement initiatives / Learning and OD / Talent Management would be preferred.

- Self starter and able to navigate ambiguity

- Flexibilty to travel.
