- The Regional HR (RHR) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units/ regions.

- The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.

- The successful RHR acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the RHR seeks to develop integrated solutions.

- The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The RHR maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.

Talent Acquisition :

- Responsible for independently managing all recruitment up to Senior Executive Level in the region

- Ensure compliance to TA guidelines from COE team

- Effectively and accurately maintain TA data through ERP system and drive usage in line functions

- Facilitate trainings and awareness session on TA processes in the region

- Partner with the Regional Business team to ensure systematic and planned approach for diversity hiring in the regions

Learning & OD :

- Effectively partner the Business and COE teams to ensure accurate identification of learning and career development needs of all employees in the region.

- Ensure timely execution of learning agenda identified for all employees and facilitate programs by providing administrative and coordination support to COE teams as and when required

Performance Management Process :

- Partner with Business to ensure timely and effective filling up of Goal Sheets of all employees of the region

- Ensure timely completion of Mid-year reviews and discussion between supervisor and subordinate on the same.

- Maintain repository of critical incidents across the region for all employees at Executive Level and above to facilitate discussions on GCF's linked to different processes like PMS, career development, learning & development etc

- Partner with the business to maintain and analyze productivity details of Sales team on a monthly basis

Employee Engagement :

- To have an ear on the ground by doing regular field visits to different parts of the region and understand concerns of the employees as well as the business at different levels.

- Ensure timely completion of in tune survey and work closely with the Regional Leadership and COE team to use results of In tune survey and own understanding of the employee concerns to prepare and execute a detailed plan of action for the region

- Be the first point of contact for employee grievance / query redressal as per existing policy and procedure

- Work closely with the Regional Business Leadership and COE teams to prepare blueprint for delivering on Diversity and Inclusion targets for the region.

- Ensure environment and infrastructure specifically focused on attracting and retaining women employees in the region

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management :

- Supervise HR Operations at all manufacturing units / establishments (including Third Party Units) and guide / monitor the Unit HR on HR deliverables

- Ensure compliance to internal guidelines on employee lifecycle management like exit process, confirmation process, appointment letters etc

- Manage payroll activities of all employees below Assistant Managers cadre including bargainable category and contract employees including Incentive Schemes.

- Responsible for managing the Employee Relations including all Statutory & Legal Compliance and Administration.

Position Requirements :

Role Requirement :

- MBA in Human Resources (Full Time), preferably from a good Tier Institute

- 3-5 Years of experience

- Willing to travel extensively across region.
