THE POSITION IS BASED OUT OF LOTE, CHIPLUN (MAHARASHTRA) YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Purpose of the job: To lead a professional team and drive the factory Operations efficiently. - Overall in charge of plant operation and production. - Accountable for achieving Production, Maintenance, Quality, Dispatch and Safety targets. - Responsible for new Project implementation and related compliances. - Should be able to contribute towards developing/ implementing long range Production Strategies. - Expertise in validation process and major trouble shooting. - Well versed with ISO 9000, QMS 14001 and OSHAS 18001. - Ensure continuous improvement of technology, product quality, safety and environment. - Be a diplomatic interface with Government/ Statutory authorities. - Productivity Improvement and Cost Reduction through innovative ideas. - Should develop, manage and lead a team of professionals and engage them for high performance. - Responsible for all operational results. - Responsibility as designated Factory Manager. - Assist in defining/formulating HSE Policies. - Assist the Occupier for compliance of responsibilities as prescribed under the Factories Act and accountable on behalf of the Occupier with respect to Legal requirements WHO YOU ARE: - Qualification: B.E. Chemical Engineering. - Should have at least 4 - 5 years of experience in handling independently chemical plant operations.
