Your Role Summary :
- Conduct Learning Need Analysis, Diagnostic Studies to arrive at L&D solutions
- Design and Develop Content by using Instructional Design principles
- Facilitate and manage program delivery for Frontline and Junior Management interventions
- Facilitate creation and implementation of IDPs for key frontline talent
- Identify & empanel Learning Partners
- Support businesses for Frontline Behavioural Learning Needs identification, solutioning
- Collaborate with subsidiaries' learning spocs to implement central leadership and behavioural development initiatives
Who you are :
- MBA with a specialization in Human Resources
- Experience of 2 to 3 years in L&D
