This position is for Godrej Agrovet Ltd - Creamline Dairy Business - Lead the Sales HR function of Godrej CDPL across levels. - Establish systems and process for sales force employee management - Develop approach towards improving sales capability and execute the agreed processes for sales force - Manage attrition in sales force, institute measures of retention, evaluate predictive measures to arrest attrition. - Understand Behavioral/Leadership needs of the businesses to design and deliver high impact learning programs. WHO YOU ARE : - 4-8 years of HRBP experience with a mid-sized employee group, preferably a stint each in Sales HR &amp; Plant HR. - Indicative Education profile: MBA from premier B-schools like IIMs, XLRI, TISS, SIBM etc. Preferably 2013 to 2015 batches. - At least 2-3 years as Sales HR BP (preferably in FMCG industry). - Knowledge of either Telugu or Tamil would definitely be an added advantage.
